St. Irenaeus Career Path Network
Formed by a group of St. Irenaeus Volunteers, under the direction of The Office of Christian Service, "we provide opportunties for local job seekers to come together for networking, support, and resources as they navigate their way through career transition."
Our Objectives
- To meet, network, and support others who are facing similar challenges.
- To give and recieve networking tips, job search advice, job leads, contact names, resume feedback, and other valuable career transition information.
Our Activities
- Semi-monthly meetings, open to anyone interested in attending, are typically held on the first Tuesday of each month from 10am until noon and the third Tuesday from 7 until 9p.m, primarily focused on "structured networking" sessions, where participants are given three minutes each to:
1. introduce themselves;
2. briefly discuss their professions, backgrounds, skills, and acomplishments;
3. explain the type of postion(s) they are seeking;
4. ask the others for suggestions, contact names, etc.
5. allow time for others to respond with specific advice, suggestions, or information.
Some meetings begin with brief, pre-arranged presentations by fellow members on relevant topics with occasional, highly-publicized events or presentations by noted experts.

- If you are involved in an active job search, feel free to come to any or all of our meetings and special events. Then, once you have found work, share your "success story" with us.
- If you are employed and aware of job openings at your place of work, kindly provide the details and application instructions via the email address email below.
- If you are a key decision maker and/or hiring professional who wants to tap into our motivated, dedicated, high-quality, and readily-available talent pool, feel free to post your own positions (date, job title, qualifications, company name, application instructions) on our LinkedIn site or via the email address below and we will post it for you.
