Advent & Christmas Schedule

Dear Friends in Christ,
The weeks of Advent provide us with an incredible opportunity! While it is often a hectic time with preparations for a joyful Christmas and New Year’s, it can also be a time to let God speak to the depth of our soul.

It is my sincere hope that the offerings at our parish can help you carve out some valuable time to allow the peace of this season to fill your home. Whether it is a short prayer with your family before meals with an Advent Wreath; quiet time away from work and the computer at evening Advent Eucharistic adoration; or simply thinking of those who have little to celebrate through your sharing in the Roses in December program. These and several other opportunities can truly make Advent special.

This year could I ask you to make a special effort to welcome family, friends or neighbors who have been distant from the Church to come and worship with us? In many ways this has been a difficult year for the Catholic Church. What better way to bring people together as we as we look to celebrate the birth of Jesus, a time of healing and peace!

Cordially yours,
Fr. Brian
