St. Irenaeus Baldwin Soup Kitchen Volunteers

St. Irenaeus volunteers serve lunch on the fourth Wednesday of most months at the Baldwin Soup Kitchen in Pontiac. The time commitment is approximately 10 am to 1 pm.  You will take tickets at the door, help transport trays of lunch plates from the kitchen to those waiting to eat at the tables, roam the room serving coffee and cold drinks, and offer a friendly smile to those who are so grateful for your service! We serve 150-220 people (mostly men) during winter months, and 200-300 men, women, and children during the summer. Consider signing up for this easy, enjoyable, and fulfilling opportunity to serve those in need!
